Chaka Wilson is a freelance web developer who grew up in Inkster and Detroit, Michigan.
Chaka became interested in computers and building websites, so in 2005, she went to school to further her education in the IT field. Chaka holds three IT related degrees: an Associate of Arts in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, and an Master of Business Administration with a concentration on Tech Management. Chaka has more than 8 years of experience under her belt, and her passion is to make websites come alive!
In her spare time, Chaka likes to spend time with her adult children, read, watch movies, research things, shop, listen to good music, and play Candy Crush.
As a person who is passionate about helping out in her community, Chaka jumped at the chance to be part of Project We Hope Dream & Believe. Chaka serves as the web developer, editor, and Board Member for Project We Hope Dream & Believe, and has been building websites for the organization for 6 years.
